Minggu ni sahaja, hampir setiap hari masakanku menggunakan kaedah kukus.

Ayam kukus.

Ikan kukus.

Sayur kukus.

Tak tahulah dari segi kesihatan, ianya baik atau tidak untuk badan. Tetapi, cara tersebut memang mudah dan tidak mengambil masa. Paling lama 15 minit.

Number of suicides marks 1st year-on-year drop in Sept

TOKYO —The monthly number of people who committed suicide fell year-on-year in September for the first time this year but the total number of suicides from January through September rose 741 from a year earlier to 24,846, stirring concern that the annual figure could surpass 30,000 for the 12th straight year, the National Police Agency said Tuesday.

The September figure came to 2,475, down 239 from a year before, according to the NPA’s interim report. The overall rise in suicides has been attributed to the economic downturn triggered by the September 2008 collapse of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. But the interim report does not provide any clues regarding why the figure fell slightly in September as it does not show the occupations and ages of people who committed suicide.
